The role:

We are recruiting for a senior team leader to help build a motivated team of fundraisers, whilst engaging with people in residential areas going door to door in and around Glasgow, to inspire people to join and donate to Oxfam through regular donations on their in-house team.

This is only the start however, if fundraising is your passion, you can start our management training and begin your fundraising career.

About you:

  • Have either face-to-face fundraising experience or experience in Door-to-Door sales, with some experience managing a small team.
  • Passionate about social justice and love talking and listening to people.
  • Be outgoing, energetic and have a confident demeanour and have good team building/ coaching skills.
  • Hold a passion for activism and Oxfam.
  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Be able to work independently and used to working towards targets.
