Role: Payroll Administrator FTC

Location: Glasgow Southside (Office based)

Looking to elevate your career as a Payroll Administrator for an award-winning, ambitious employer?

You will have responsibility for assisting with all aspects of payroll on a weekly and monthly basis with the payroll team.

This opportunity requires a confident professional to work in cross-collaboration with different departments

Our client is ideally looking for someone with experience in Payroll and has excellent experience in Microsoft Office who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to thrive within a high-profile role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for a diverse employee base, including salaried on a monthly basis
  • Calculate and process statutory deductions such as PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions
  • Checking and processing timesheets
  • Ensure that all employee pay is processed accurately and on time
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Publish P45's an d payslips

Experience:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role (minimum of 3 years)
  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills
