Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional ready for your next challenge? We're currently recruiting for a well-established organisation in Glasgow that is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing monthly payroll data across multiple departments
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll calculations
  • Managing general ledger entries and reconciling payroll accounts
  • Handling queries from employees and internal teams
  • Managing payments to tax authorities and overseeing deductions
  • Supporting wider finance operations, including expense reimbursements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a payroll-focused role
  • Strong grasp of payroll systems, legislation, and best practices
  • Confidence using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Payroll-related qualification (desirable but not essential)
