Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional ready for your next challenge? We're currently recruiting for a well-established organisation in Glasgow that is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing monthly payroll data across multiple departments
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll calculations
- Managing general ledger entries and reconciling payroll accounts
- Handling queries from employees and internal teams
- Managing payments to tax authorities and overseeing deductions
- Supporting wider finance operations, including expense reimbursements
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a payroll-focused role
- Strong grasp of payroll systems, legislation, and best practices
- Confidence using payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Payroll-related qualification (desirable but not essential)
