Ellis Mack is working with this multi-faceted, high volume, Glasgow based events unit looking for an experienced Pizza Chef.
Role/Responsibilities:
Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
Able to cope with high volume trade and work under pressure
Have high levels of hygiene and cleanliness
Keen to progress their career and share your knowledge
Experience in fast-paced kitchens, a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved
A passion for using the best fresh ingredients from the most reputable suppliers
People who want to work in an environment full of professionals that love what they do and love to learn
An understanding of the values and behaviour expected of this role
Has exceptional people skills (you'll be great with customers)
Skills/Experience:
You must have 2 years experience working as a chef
You must have experience producing authentic Italian pizzas from scratch, working with a wood-burning oven and professional pizza equipment
You must provide a valid national insurance number, Valid passport and proof to work in the UK is vital and available to work weekends and evenings
