The Planning Engineer will play a key role in shaping maintenance strategies and optimising asset performance across their operations.

Duties

  • Developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project and maintenance schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimise downtime and maximise output.
  • Applying proven asset management tools and techniques to optimise plant performance and life cycle value.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Analysing performance data and recommending process improvements.

Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the process industry or power plant sector.
  • High proficiency with Primavera P6 for planning and scheduling.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance planning & scheduling principles.
  • Knowledge of spare materials management and asset management best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
