Workforce Planning Manager - Glasgow - 12 month contract (inside IR35)

I am looking for an experienced Senior Workforce Planning Manager to join a central Government IT Systems Team with our client in Glasgow. This role involves developing and implementing Workforce Planning strategies, supporting senior leadership, and enhancing secure capabilities.

Due to the nature of the work and urgency of the role, candidates who hold current SC clearance would be preferred.

  • Strong HR background in organisational growth and culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in leading operational teams
