We are looking for a Quality Control NDE Inspector to join our client at their Glasgow facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality by verifying products and processes in compliance with company systems, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform NDE inspections in line with company procedures and regulatory standards.

  • Verify products according to detailed instructions, drawings, and route cards.

  • Select and apply the appropriate NDE techniques.

  • Manage non-conforming products through the NCR process.

  • Conduct random quality checks to ensure compliance with QMS and customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Provide technical documentation such as inspection reports and NDE certificates.

  • Support incident investigations and contribute to process improvement projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

  • Participate in training and development activities.

  • Travel to vendor or customer sites as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • EN9712 (PCN) Level 2 in at least three NDE disciplines (e.g., Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant).

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME Codes, and EN ISO 9712 is desirable.

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and integrity.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Right to work in the UK and ability to obtain security clearance.
