As Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Director and Site Manager to coordinate all project disciplines, manage design, and deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget. You will be responsible for delivering high-value hotel, office, student accommodation, and multi-use developments. This role involves managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards. You will play a key role in design management, programme delivery, risk mitigation, and commercial oversight.

Your Role as Project Manager will include:

Leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, acting as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and site staff
Managing and guiding multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
Overseeing design, procurement, and programme management to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule
Reporting progress clearly to clients and internal teams
Supporting the development and mentoring of site management staff

The Successful Project Manager Will Need:

Proven experience delivering construction projects for a main contractor
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Strong analytical, decision-making, and reporting capabilities
