Project Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple residential sites
Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective cost control
Procure and manage sub-contractor packages
Monitor project progress and financial performance
Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations
Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proven experience in a QS role, ideally within residential construction
Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., COINS, Excel)
