This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established fit-out and refurbishment business, delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, leisure, education, distillery, and more.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple projects, generally between £1m-£6m in value.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Managing cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor accounts.
- Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on budget and in line with contract requirements.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Supporting junior commercial staff where appropriate.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
- Have proven experience as a QS in a main contracting environment.
- Experience working on fit-out and refurbishment projects would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
