- Role: Quantity Surveyor (Internals)
- Location: Glasgow (with hybrid working available)
- Package: 45k to 50k + car allowance, healthcare, 5% pension, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
The Role
- Taking commercial responsibility for contract performance on allocated works
- Maximising turnover and profitability of projects
- Working closely with project teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and value for money
- Managing fast-track schemes with a high degree of change through the contract period
The Candidate
- Established Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Background in main contracting, ideally with blue-chip contractor experience
- Hands-on project delivery knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical approach, and excellent time management
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, architects, and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
