Civils Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Our client, a leading civil engineering company, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit valuations, profitability reports, and change control documentation.
- Liaise with clients to manage project scope changes effectively.
- Procure and oversee subcontractor packages.
- Ensure contract, legislative, and procedural compliance.
- Monitor construction schedules, key project dates, and financial targets.
- Apply expertise in NEC3 / NEC4 contracts and re-measurement.
- Represent the company in client and internal meetings, including post-tender reviews and progress discussions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, technical civil engineering knowledge, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
