We are working with a leading UK construction consultancy who are now looking for a high-quality Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Glasgow office due to internal promotion.
This is a rarely-available opportunity to work with some of the best in the business, and to challenge your abilities with high-value projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender and contract documents.
  • Manage risks, value, and costs.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims.
  • Write progress reports.
  • Value completed work and arrange payments.
  • Stay updated on building contracts and health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior staff 

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a senior role.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • MRICS or FRICS.
