Are you an experienced Site Agent with a passion for delivering complex rail and infrastructure projects? Our client, a well-established principal contractor in the rail industry, is looking for a dedicated Site Agent to join their growing team in Scotland.
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of rail and civil engineering projects. You'll be leading site teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.

In this role your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and risks.
* Contribute to planning and programming of works.
The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate:
* Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role within rail or civil engineering sectors.
* SMSTS, PTS, and First Aid qualifications.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
