Are you an experienced Estate Agent with a passion for winning instructions and delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a talented Property Valuer to join a dynamic, client-focused agency in Glasgow.

The Role

This is a prime opportunity to focus on what you do bestvaluations and building client relationships. You'll be supported by a dedicated in-house administrator and a well-resourced team so that your energy goes into generating and securing instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations (predominantly sales)
  • Follow up with clients and nurture leads post-valuation
  • Drive new valuation opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Refer clients to trusted partners for additional services
  • Collaborate with a supportive team who manage viewings, feedback, reductions, and negotiations

We prioritise quality over quantity, ensuring you have time to craft a compelling pitch and properly follow up with clients.

What Were Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, particularly in valuations
  • Confident presenter with persuasive negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using property CRM systems and tools
  • Own transport
