What You'll Be Doing:
- Survey a range of properties across Scotland
- Inspect, measure, and verify property details for key proposal submissions
- Capture essential property data - including photographs, sketches, and referencing notes
- Maintain accurate records and update internal IT systems with survey findings
Who We're Looking For:
- A detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in Commercial Real Estate
- Someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Ideally, experience within property - though training will be provided
- A full UK driver's license (travel across Scotland required)
