They are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their Central Services Department in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and varied role within a reputable firm.Key Responsibilities:* General dispatch duties, including making deliveries and collections* Opening, sorting, and distributing all post, including internal mail* Copying and scanning of documents* General switchboard and reception duties* Booking and coordination of meeting rooms* Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager
Experience & Skills:* Previous experience working in an office environment.* Ability to work effectively as part of a service team.* High attention to detail and precision in completing tasks.* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.* Proficient PC skills, including the ability to access and manage PC-based information, intranet, internet, and external contractor databases.??
