Duties for the role of Job Runner include:
- Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Job Runner:
- Degree within architectural technology
- Proficiency with Revit
- Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Experience managing projects across a range of building sectors
- Job running experience is essential
- Excellent UK building regulation knowledge
- Strong technical and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
