Since we first opened our doors six years ago, Sugo has been a celebration of fresh pasta and good times in the heart of Glasgow. We've loved sharing countless plates of our authentic Italian pastas and creating a vibrant community around simple, delicious food.
Now we're thrilled to announce the next chapter: Sugo is coming to Glasgow's West End! To facilitate this exciting expansion, we're now looking for passionate and talented managers to join our growing family and help us bring the Sugo experience to a brand-new neighbourhood.
Working closely alongside our Operations Manager and the training team, you will help to plan, set up and direct all restaurant operations.We will task you with maintaining high standards of food and drink, service and health and safety practices within your restaurant and with managing the training and development needs of your team. You will also be responsible for delivering on financial targets and driving business performance.
Our managers lead from the front and maintain an active presence during service, so we are looking for proven hands on operators who take pride in delivering high standards and putting the customer experience first every time.
