Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge security solutions across the UK, is looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact product CCTV Towers and help drive growth across a range of sectors.

About the role

This position is all about spotting opportunities, building relationships and winning new business. Youll be focused on promoting and selling CCTV Tower solutions to industries like construction, logistics, utilities and remote site security. Youll be joining a well-established team with big plans, where your efforts will make a real difference.

What youll be doing
  • Generating and following up on new business leads

  • Managing your own sales pipeline and seeing deals through from start to finish

  • Meeting with clients on-site to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and great customer experience

  • Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activity

What were looking for
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the security or tech space

  • Someone whos confident, outgoing and great at building relationships

  • Self-motivated and organised, with a proactive approach to sales

  • A full UK driving licence

  • Knowledge of security or technology-led products would be a bonus
