JGA are partnered with a leading business seeking motivated Business Development Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities, including emerging markets, customer segments, industry trends, strategic partnerships, and innovative approaches to expand existing markets.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organisations.
- Proactively generate new leads and engage with potential clients through cold calling and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers through face-to-face meetings and phone calls across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
- Monitor performance against targets, analyse sales data, and ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Experience in customer service, payroll, or a sales-related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
