In this role, you’ll lead our expansion strategy, uncover new market opportunities, cultivate strong relationships, and pave the way for success with our advanced payroll solutions. Â
Responsibilities:
- Pioneer new business opportunities across UK & Ireland markets
- Connect with decision-makers and transform cold prospects into loyal clients
- Represent our solutions through compelling virtual and in-person presentations
- Track performance metrics and maintain pristine customer data
- Sales experience or background in customer service, payroll, or marketing
- Exceptional communication abilities that build instant rapport
- Self-starter mentality balanced with collaborative teamwork skills
- Strong organizational capabilities and efficient time management
- Previous leadership experience in sales or marketing teams
- Masterful negotiation techniques and networking prowess
- Strategic problem-solving mindset
- Business, marketing, or finance educational background
