The Role:

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of commercial clients

  • Identify new business opportunities across any sector

  • Provide tailored risk advice and bespoke insurance solutions

  • Lead on renewals, reviews, and mid-term changes

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams

  • Work closely with Account Handlers and Brokers to deliver first-class service

What They're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial broking or client-facing insurance roles

  • Confident running your own portfolio with minimal support

  • Comfortable developing business and building long-term client relationships

  • Open on sector background-diverse experience welcomed

  • Clear communicator with good commercial acumen

  • Cert CII (or working towards it) preferred, not essential
