The role is initially office based five days a week until employees are up to speed and achieving expected outcomes. After this the role is office based for a mandatory three days a week. It is up to the employees how many days they spend in the office. Some will do three days and others five days a week.

  • Due to their continued growth they are looking to recruit Customer Account Managers in Glasgow.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for dealing with warm customers who require debt advice.
  • Following a process and customer journey by identifying their requirements and providing them with a solution.
  • You will take customers through the full advice process and customer journey.
  • Empathetically understanding client requirements.
  • Identifying their personal needs and requirements and providing them with a tailored solution.
  • You will ensure all tasks are undertaken with a focus on providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • You will be responsible for collating all paperwork and required documentation.
  • Maintenance and update information on their CRM system accurately.
  • Working to targets and KPIs

The Candidate

  • To apply you will require a minimum of 12 months successful track record of sales from any sales environment (e.g B2B sales, Car sales, Home Improvements ect).

You will have

  • A solid understanding of the sales process.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Bundles of compassion, patience and empathy.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales.
  • Articulate, proactive and quick thinking with the ability to establish relationships quickly.
  • Ability to deal at all levels.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to take on regulatory information.
