We are now looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis in our Braehead store.

The Role
As the Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily running of our retail store.
Specifically, you’ll seek to maximise sales and ensure that the highest levels of customer service are provided by effectively managing employees, stock and the visual presentation of the store.
Leading and motivating your team, you’ll encourage them to maintain the highest levels of retail standards, as well as providing feedback and training to facilitate their development and growth.
You’ll recognise that ultimately the key to successful retailing is our customers and, at all times, you will ensure the service offered is world-class, and that customers receive an in-store retail experience that is market-leading.
About You
To be considered as a Deputy Store Manager, you will need:
- Experience at management level within the retail sector
- A proven track record in sales
- An understanding of the operational and commercial needs in a retail environment
- A strong appreciation for quality men’s tailoring and casualwear
