What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all store operations including stock control, compliance, and banking
- Inspire and manage a team of outdoor experts to exceed customer expectations
- Create a welcoming, customer-first environment rooted in product knowledge
- Drive sales through performance analysis and innovative campaigns
- Deliver high visual standards and seasonal merchandising across the store
