Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Glasgow 
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs/week)
Salary: Up to £45,000, depending on experience

About the Role:
We’re seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a prestigious client account. You'll focus on pre-placement assessments and complex case management, mainly on-site with some hybrid flexibility.

Perfect for a dedicated professional passionate about employee wellbeing and high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health assessments and advise on workplace adjustments.

  • Manage a caseload of new and review referrals.

  • Support sickness absence cases and return-to-work plans.

  • Deliver expert advice under Equality and Health & Safety legislation.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.

  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure excellent service.

About You:

  • Degree in Occupational Health and NMC registration (essential).

  • Strong OH experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Excellent communication, IT skills, and a team-first mindset.

  • Committed to professional development.
