About the Role


Were looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy hospitality operation including our bar and restaurant, indoor and outdoor function suites, and our popular beer garden area.

This is a very hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where youll be working alongside the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Youll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the food and beverage department, leading by example and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all areas of the food and beverage department, including bar, restaurant, functions, and beer garden

  • Lead, support, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service

  • Be hands-on during busy service periods, ensuring smooth operations and happy guests

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards

  • Manage stock levels, budgets, and general operational procedures

  • Work closely with other departments to support events and deliver seamless guest experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years supervisory or management experience in hospitality
