About the Role
Were looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy hospitality operation including our bar and restaurant, indoor and outdoor function suites, and our popular beer garden area.
This is a very hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where youll be working alongside the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Youll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the food and beverage department, leading by example and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all areas of the food and beverage department, including bar, restaurant, functions, and beer garden
Lead, support, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
Be hands-on during busy service periods, ensuring smooth operations and happy guests
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Manage stock levels, budgets, and general operational procedures
Work closely with other departments to support events and deliver seamless guest experiences

Requirements
Minimum 4 years supervisory or management experience in hospitality
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
Flexible and proactive must be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
