- Inputting survey or retrofit instructions from various clients
- Coordinating and managing daily surveyor diaries and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and fax communications
- Engaging directly with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Experience working in a busy office environment with strong teamwork and multitasking demands
- Previous customer-facing or support role experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone and via email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- A proactive, flexible approach and a strong work ethic
