Contract Scotland are working closely with a regional construction and fit-out company, based in Glasgow, to source an experienced construction Planner.

You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, generally between £1m-£5m in value, across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and more.

You will play a key role in pre-construction planning, live project support, and programme management across multiple projects.

As Planner, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Liaising with commercial, operational and pre-construction teams to ensure projects are planned practically and efficiently.
- Supporting bid teams in improving the quality and preparation of tenders.
- Creating and presenting schedules of works.
- Evaluating ongoing projects to provide recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring project programmes comply with regional standards and project strategy.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable planning experience within the construction industry and have a working knowledge of contract law, construction technologies, resource management and industry practices.
