Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior User Researcher for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - East Kilbride
About the role: You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of user research to ensure that our products and services are user-centric and evidence-based.
The ideal candidate will hold Active SC and have a strong background in delivery Senior User Researcher support, with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in user research within large scale projects.
- Experience of designing and leading on multiple research activities.
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills which enable data to be transformed into actionable insights.
- Experience of defining and measuring user outcome performance metrics to evidence user impact throughout a project delivery lifecycle.
