Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician / Mechanical Engineer required to join a leading mechanical engineering supplier based in Glasgow.

The successful Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician / Mechanical Engineer will upkeep machinery and site facilities including CNC machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems at their facility in Glasgow.

The successful Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician / Mechanical Engineer will have experience maintaining and servicing industrial, mechanical and CNC machinery.



Package:

  • 35,000-45,000 Dependent on Experience

Role:

  • Service and repair manual and CNC machinery, including diagnostics and suitable repairs
  • Maintain site infrastructure, plant and equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Assist in developing maintenance procedures and programs
  • Interpret drawings and manuals, sourcing components where required
  • Carry out inspection, completion of paperwork and checklists
Requirements:

  • Experience maintaining manufacturing machinery and facilities
  • Knowledge of industrial and mechanical engineering
  • Experience with CNC machine control systems (Desirable)
  • Mechanical Engineering Qualification
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing techniques
  • Commutable to Glasgow
