About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a Reconciliations Specialist to join our Payments Delivery team - a function of over 900 colleagues supporting critical services across Payments, Sanctions Investigations, and Reconciliations.

In this role, you'll:

  • Perform complex reconciliations across various payment schemes.
  • Support the Team Manager in managing workflow and coaching team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify our operating model and reduce inefficiencies.
