Flexible hours Factory Based. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand tools, and a solid understanding of materials handling.

* Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.* Assemble components and products according to specifications* Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including tooling adjustments and lubrication.* Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.* Perform basic maths calculations to ensure accurate measurements and material usage.* Troubleshoot issues with machinery, including logic controllers, to minimise downtime.* Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.The Person:
