Location: Belfast, UK (NI)

Salary: Up to 30,000pa (DOE)

Are you an experienced Transport Coordinator, looking to develop your career for an established and highly regarded Road Haulier and Food Services Distributor? This role could be excellent for you!

My client is looking for someone who is ready to get stuck-in to a varied and engaging role, offering the opportunity to train and gain experience with a wide range of goods transportation for an extensive array of industries and customers. The role also offers excellent opportunities for progression and encouragement for growth and development.

Working Hours: Full time: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• To schedule and plan day-to-day customer deliveries.

• Liaise with new and existing customers.
• Meet transport legislation commitment.
• Monitor fleet maintenance requirements and liaise with drivers.

• Daily input of KPI's, delivery and collection issues, preparing paperwork.

Requirements:

• Previous Transport Planning Experience.
• Previous experience working for a UK or Ireland based Freight Forwarder/Road Transport Company.
• Previous experience with the food and drinks industry is desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of the WTD, Drivers Hours, Tachograph and Transport legislation.
