Job
The job of Finance Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with:
- Processing invoices (this is a high-volume environment)
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Arranging supplier payments
- Ad-hoc duties
You
As Finance Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Previous experience with purchase ledger / invoice processing
- Previous experience using SAP
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting and book-keeping procedures
- Good analysis skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
