Description
You'll provide strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary in-house team (approx. 40 staff) and take ownership of a budget of around 1 million, covering reactive, void and some planned maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a clear focus on operational excellence, team performance, and cost control.
- Lead and manage all operational activities within the housing department.

Profile
A successful Operations Manager - Housing should have:
With proven experience managing complex teams and maintenance processes in a housing or multi-trade environment, you'll be confident managing both planned and reactive works, including voids, repairs and contractor performance. You will have excellent knowledge of building standards, technical specifications, procurement processes, and be comfortable working across strategic and operational levels.
Job Offer
