A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing to the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead project team
  • Manage project controls
  • Monitor, review and approve project documentation, providing updates to reflect project status
  • Oversee project deliverables throughout all project phases
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor management
  • Manage project stakeholder relations
  • Promote company values, objectives and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to Company Health and Safety and QAQC Programs
  • Regularly report on project controls to the management team
  • Mentor and guide project team members
  • Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations
  • Proven knowledge of the Energy industry, contract procurement, environmental legislation, H&S legislation and planning regulations
  • Proven track record in the delivery of projects to cost, quality and time parameters
  • Responsible for financial management of projects
  • Responsible for meeting programme / time constraints
  • Responsible for allocation of resources
  • Monitor, review and approve project documentation providing updates to reflect project status
  • Sign off project plans/quality plans on completion
  • Approve all works to be carried out on sites

Qualifications:

  • HND in Engineering or equivalent qualification or demonstratable experience applicable to the role
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent
  • SMSTS or CCNSG
  • PRINCE 2/Project Management Experience
