Are you an organised, tech-savvy professional ready to take on a fast-paced role supporting a driven Managing Director?
In this exciting position, youll work closely with the MD of a well-established and growing wholesale business. Originally a family-run organisation, they have continued to evolve while maintaining strong values. The MD juggles multiple projects, so we need someone who thrives under pressure, can multi-task effortlessly, and is competent in AI, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert diary management
- Meeting prep and follow-up
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Report, agenda, and presentation creation
- Email management and correspondence
- Collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
