Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client.
Our client, a well-established precision engineering business, is currently seeking a CNC Turner to join their team.
The position is full time, permanent.
Duties Include:
- Producing components to required tolerances and quality standards.
- Finishing components to the highest quality standards.
- Making authorised amendments to CNC programmes to meet component design requirements.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required quality standards.
Experience:
- Experienced CNC turner programmer, setter, operator (Will also consider applicants with limited programming experience who are willing to learn).
- Previous experience with FANUC controls would be beneficial.
- Experience of operating twin turret multi-axis CNC machines will be an advantage.
- Able to manufacture precision components from fully understanding engineering drawings.
- Experience of CMM desirable.
- Most important is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: £15.00 per hour - £17.50 per hour (Dependent on experience).
Optional overtime also available paid at time and a half.
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week, early finish on Fridays (Day shift).
