Job Title: Locum Conveyancing Solicitor

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Locum Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable firm based in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time temporary position for two months, covering a period of holiday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and be able to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conveyancing, ideally within a similar locum role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
