Your Role:
-
Manage client finances, from cash and cheques to reconciliations

Process invoices, deal with supplier queries, and oversee payments

Handle VAT returns and produce accurate financial reports
-
Liaise with property managers to streamline processes and resolve issues
-
Maintain impeccable financial records across all accounts
What We’re Looking For:

AAT Level 4 (or working toward completion)
-
Experience in property or lettings finance
-
Familiar with accounting software such as Tramps, Propman, or Yardi
-
Confident with Excel and financial reporting
