As Financial Controller, you'll be the cornerstone of our financial operations—ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic insight to support decision-making at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the finance department
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts
- Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and analysis
- Lead the year-end process and ensure financial statements are audit-ready
- Support external auditors during annual audits
- Drive budgeting and forecasting, including leading the annual budget cycle
- Manage cash flow and working capital with a proactive approach
- Maintain and enhance internal financial controls
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Develop and mentor the transactional finance team
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
- Strong Excel and ERP System experience
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small finance team
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
