Are you a detail-driven finance professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment?Reed Accountancy is proud to be recruiting for a growing manufacturing business based in Gloucester, currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who is looking to contribute to a thriving finance function and grow within a supportive team.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile bank transactions in GBP, EUR, and USD
- Provide Accounts Payable support for a small entity
- Assist with daily and weekly reporting using Excel (lookups, pivot tables)
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Support the month-end close process (accruals and prepayments)
- Help with stock counts and adjustments
�? What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a methodical, organised approach
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- AAT Level 2 qualification or higher
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
