What you’ll be doing:

This role is central to the smooth running of the business. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Supporting client onboarding, compliance checks, and record management
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to general enquiries
  • Providing reception cover and creating a welcoming environment for visitors
  • Following up on client communications and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to internal processes
  • Preparing and formatting documents, letters and reports
  • Managing client data and documentation accurately
  • Assisting with general administrative duties across departments
