Our client, based in Gloucester, is a dynamic, growing business that has been operating for over 20 years. Due to recent growth and with exciting plans for the future, they are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team on a permanent basis as a Sales Order Processor.
This role is crucial as a support to the busy Sales and Projects team members. A key focus of the role is creating orders and quotations for customers so accuracy and attention to detail are vital. You will be working in a busy and varied role, as a as a central cog in a fun, active team.
Full training on the role and processes will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of quotations in company ERP system, sending them direct to customers in line with KPI targets.
- Deal with email and telephone enquiries.
- Creation of 'artwork proofs’ for customer approval pre-production in line with agreed/target timeframes.
- Assisting the wider team with sample requests.
- Helping to update the CRM system and maintain customer records.
- Accurate and timely processing of orders including supporting the customer journey by adding diary entries to each project and following these up daily in line with SLA’s and KPI’s
- Communicating with clients regarding each stage of their customer journey.
- Helping clients understand the products on offer (full training required).
- Follow up on any orders not successfully delivered including instigating investigation with courier/suppliers and keeping customer up to date with the progress of these queries.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm & 4.30pm finish on a Friday
