An established RIBA-chartered architecture practice is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Gloucester. The Role:

Leading and supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages
Developing comprehensive technical drawing packages
Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
Ensuring technical accuracy and timely project delivery
Applying sustainable principles in technical detailing
Producing specifications, schedules and construction documents

Requirements:

Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Ideally a CIAT member or working towards chartership
Strong track record in delivering residential projects in the UK
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Effective communicator with strong coordination skills
Revit proficiency essential
Must be within commuting distance of Gloucester
