Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members across all project stages, from concept through to delivery
  • Prepare design and presentation materials using Vectorworks and ArchiCAD
  • Contribute to technical drawings, schedules, and reports
  • Participate in design team meetings and liaise with consultants as required

Requirements:

  • Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Strong design sensibility and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD is essential
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
