What will you be doing?
- Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and resolving disputes
- Overseeing credit control and aged debt to minimise financial risk
- Setting credit limits and monitoring account activity
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining a clean debtor ledger
- Posting receipts, processing rebates, and managing invoices/statements
- Maintaining accurate records of foreign currency exchange rates
- Assisting with financial reporting, month-end tasks, and cash flow forecasting
- Supporting the setup of new customer accounts and credit applications
Must have’s
- AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office IT systems
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Strong customer service background

- Temp ongoing position
- £14.36-£15.38 p/h (equivalent to £28k-£30k per annum)
