Location: Gloucester (Hybrid – 2 days on site)
Salary: Up to £49,500 per annum
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in Gloucester seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support key system and ITSM tooling implementations across their enterprise environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, working closely with technology teams to drive successful project delivery over an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and other techniques to capture business needs and process improvements.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of system implementations, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist in defining and validating testing strategies, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support change management activities, including training and documentation.
About You
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in system implementations and/or ITSM tooling projects.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid working model with regular on-site presence in Gloucester (2 days per week).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
